Investigating in app payment options

Qliro customers pay or change their purchases in the app. They can also convert their invoice to a payment plan. I investigated how users could best understand their options and make adjustments to their payments plus service the business goal of encouraging users to create a payment plan. I created many prototypes and ran user research interviews to see what the different user types understood of payments. I also ran usability test to assess the different concepts. Software used was Sketch, Lookback, Flinto.
